Fire Watch Careers
We look for dependable people who show up, stay focused, and take the responsibility seriously. Firefighters and applicants with relevant fire-safety experience are encouraged to get in touch.
What the Role Requires
Patrol the assigned property, watch for signs of smoke or fire, complete the required logs, and follow emergency communication procedures. You need to remain at your assigned site and coordinate with the person relieving you.
Applicants must pass a background check. Team members without relevant fire-safety experience complete required fire watch coursework and practical training. Josh and experienced fire-safety professionals help prepare new hires for the work.
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Accurate records and clear communication
- Reliable attendance and shift handovers
Assignments may cover days, nights, or continuous service in rotating eight-hour shifts. Tell us your preferred areas, availability, and relevant training or experience.
