If an alarm is damaged, offline, or unable to communicate with its monitoring service, your property may need a dedicated fire watch. We get someone on site to patrol, watch for smoke or fire, and follow the required emergency notification procedures.
A damaged pipe, water leak, or system repair can leave part of your property without normal sprinkler protection. We provide dedicated monitoring while your fire protection contractor handles the work.
Josh coordinates with the property manager or maintenance director and the Fire Marshal’s office. Once repairs are finished, he verifies the required sign-off before ending the watch.

Know your system will be offline? Arrange coverage before maintenance, repairs, or construction interrupt its normal operation. We can cover nights while your staff handle approved daytime arrangements, or provide continuous 24/7 coverage when needed.
The schedule must meet the Fire Marshal’s instructions. Construction-related system impairments are within our service; hot-work watch for welding or similar work is not.

Our job is to keep watch, recognize a problem, call 911 when needed, and help with occupant notification and evacuation as conditions allow. Firewatchers patrol hallways, stairwells, accessible affected areas, and the exterior according to the assignment.
We are exclusively a fire watch company. We do not provide general security guarding, firefighting response, alarm or sprinkler repairs, hot-work watch, equipment rentals, or customer training.
How the watch is managedYour quote depends on the property’s size, occupancy, fire hazard, and coverage needs. Josh asks a few questions on the phone, gives an initial estimate, and follows up with a written quote within an hour.
Urgent assignments carry an additional $5 per hour for the first eight hours. When coverage is released, billing continues through the end of that scheduled shift. Our shifts run 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
Rates and final-shift questions
Overnight guests need attentive monitoring when an alarm or sprinkler system is down. We patrol floors, hallways, stairwells, and assigned areas while your team handles guests and repairs.
Give residents a dedicated fire watch presence without taking your maintenance team away from the repair. We coordinate access and patrol instructions with property management.
We serve offices, shopping centers, government buildings, and hospitals with system impairments. The patrol assignment follows the property and the local Fire Marshal’s instructions.
We provide fire watch when a building’s fire protection system is impaired during work. This service covers system outages and repairs; it does not include welding or other hot-work fire watch.
